ABOUT Joanne Williams draws on years of experience as a High Performance Athlete (former world no. 6 ranked squash player), a Squash and Netball coach, PE teacher, Mother and Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
A strong desire to achieve results for her clients compliment her academic qualifcations, unique experiences, evidence based assessments and exercise prescription setting her apart from others.
ABOUT iCanMove A multidisciplinary "big picture/holistic" approach to injury prevention and resolving injury, movement dysfunction, fitness and wellness issues resulting in more positive outcomes for clients/you.
Joanne has helped people of all ages, athletes, jockeys and weekend warriors recover from injury, enhance performance and improve quality of life through evidence based rehabilitation exercise techniques, motor learning and movement efficiency training.

Joanne uses FMS and SFMA (Functional Movement Systems), a successful, evidence based system to screen, assess, identify movement dysfunctions to aid in injury prevention, rehabilitation and to find the cause of pain. An appropriate plan for you is put in place to meet your needs and goals.
